So highly regarded was Unquestionable as a 2yo at Ballydoyle that he made his\u00a0 debut in stakes company <\/b>in the Listed First Flier Stakes over 5f at the Curragh.\u00a0 By the end of that season he had backed up that reputation and more as a Gr.1\u00a0 winner who was ranked as a leader of his generation<\/b>.<\/p>

\"\"Unquestionable signed off his 2yo campaign by taking the Gr.1\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Breeders\u2019 Cup Juvenile Turf <\/b>at\u00a0\u00a0Santa Anita. Sent off favourite for\u00a0\u00a0the $1 million event, he showed an outstanding turn of foot <\/b>under Ryan Moore to run down the leaders and win going away. It was a typically <\/b>strong renewal <\/b>in which seven individual stakes winners finished in behind, among them subsequent dual Gr.1 winner Carson\u2019s Run.<\/p>

Unquestionable was never out of the frame <\/b>for Aidan O\u2019Brien as a 2yo, with his\u00a0 placing in the First Flier Stakes followed by an impressive maiden success <\/b>over\u00a0 6f at the Curragh. From there, he was beaten just a short head by subsequent\u00a0 Gr.1 winner Bucanero Fuerte in the Gr.2 Railway Stakes, with the pair quickening\u00a0 well clear of the third.<\/p>

Unquestionable continued to progress <\/b>into the autumn. He was overcome\u00a0 only in the final 100 yards by Rosallion when second in the Gr.1 Prix Jean-Luc\u00a0 Lagardere at Longchamp, run in course record time <\/b>on good to soft ground,\u00a0 before travelling to California to win the Gr.1 Breeders\u2019 Cup Juvenile Turf back\u00a0 on quick ground.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Brilliant at two<\/b>, Classic performer at three <\/b>when fourth in the Gr.1 Irish 2,000\u00a0 Guineas and also fourth in the Gr.1 St James\u2019s Palace Stakes. Effective on\u00a0 differing grounds and over distances ranging from 5f to a mile, Unquestionable\u00a0 embodies all the attributes associated with his much-missed, leading sire\u00a0 Wootton Bassett<\/b>. The sire line is already taking root if the 2025 season is any\u00a0 indication, when his sons supplied the Gr.1 winners Gezora and Woodshauna.<\/p>
