BLUE BRESIL TO STAND AT GLENVIEW STUD
Rathbarry & Glenview Studs are delighted to announce the acquisition of the proven Grade 1 sire BLUE BRESIL from Yorton Farm, where he has stood since his relocation from France in 2016.
BLUE BRESIL, a son of Smadoun, has already sires 10 individual national hunt black-type winners and numerous black-type performers in Ireland, Great Britain and France. They include Grade 1 Ryanair Hurdle winner Mick Jazz, Grade 2 winner over hurdles and fences Le Prezien and four-time Grade 3 winner over hurdles and fences Saint Goustan Blue.
The progeny of this big, imposing sire have proven very popular in the sales ring, realising up to 200,000 at the 2019 Derby Sale at Tattersalls Ireland.
Blue Bresil will stand alongside Malinas, Shirocco, Sholokhov and Youmzain at Glenview Stud for the 2020 breeding season.
